Thank you for observing our Tyler's Crossing HOA Pool Rules Below.

Following is a list of pool rules that must be adhered to by all residents and guests using the pool this summer. Our pool is regulated by the Butler County Health Department and is serviced by Cincinnati Pool Management.

Thanks to everyone for recognizing the importance of and following the pool rules.

1. Pool Hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Please abide by the hours posted.

The Health Department prohibits swimming after dark.

2. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

Health Department recommends NEVER SWIM ALONE.

3. The pool is for the use of Tyler’s Crossing residents and their guests only. No duplicate keys are to be made or distributed.

4. All guests must be accompanied by a resident. Minors (under 18) shall be limited to a maximum of one (1) guest unless accompanied by their resident parent.

5. Children under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by someone who is sixteen

(16) years or older and are the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian.

6. Non-toilet trained children must be in

diapers and swimsuit while in the pool.

7. Proper swim attire must be worn at all times. NO cut-offs or street attire to be worn in the pool.

8. Positively NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are allowed in the pool area. All beverages must be in cans, paper, or plastic containers. Food and/or beverages are restricted to the deck and not allowed in the pool. Violation of any part of this rule will result in loss of pool privileges.

Trash is to be disposed of in the appropriate receptacles to keep our pool area clean and attractive for everyone.

9. The Health Department requires that NO PETS are permitted in or around the pool area.

10. No articles are to be draped or hung on fences, i.e. towels or clothing.

11. The association will not be responsible for loss of personal property or injury.

12. No running, pushing, horseplay, skate boards, roller skates, or unsafe activity will be permitted in the pool area or parking lot.

13. Balls, rafts, and all other floatation devices (except arm swimmers or waist rings) are not permitted in pool. Balloons are not allowed in the pool area.

14. Music or movies must be kept at low volume so as

not to interfere with or disturb other bathers or neighbors.

15. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IS PERMITTED AT THE POOL.

16. The pool may not be used for private parties unless it

is a Tyler’s Crossing sponsored function.

17. Pool furniture should not be removed from the deck area.

18. Entrance gate must be closed and locked after entering and exiting the pool area. Please do not prop the gate open. This is a State of OHIO Requirement.

19. Additional street parking is permitted adjacent to our green space.

20. Fence climbing is not permitted.

Emergency Numbers are posted for rescue, fire, and police.
